Refund policy

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are non-refundable. When you purchase a digital file, you acknowledge that you are buying digital content and that your right of withdrawal is waived once the download has been made available to you.

If you have a technical issue accessing your download, please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.

Physical Prints

All physical prints are produced to order by my print partner, Printify. Sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, this is handled directly through Printify's process — please contact me and I'll get it sorted.

EU Customers

Because prints are produced to your order specification, they may be exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Digital downloads are exempt once accessed. If you have any questions about your rights, please get in touch.
