Products

I sell digital photography downloads and physical prints fulfilled by my print partner, Printify. Product images are representative of the final product — colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or print medium.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All prices are in GBP. I reserve the right to cancel any order at my discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Digital Downloads

Digital files are delivered electronically after purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that delivery of digital content begins immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal once the file has been made available to you.

Intellectual Property

All photography and creative content on this site is my own work and remains my intellectual property. Purchase of a digital file grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to use the image. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any content purchased from this store.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or products purchased here.

Changes to Terms

I may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
